By purchasing and downloading LipiVoice Pro, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

• Personal/Commercial Use: You may use the software for personal projects and commercial client work.
• No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software itself.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the software does not work on your machine as advertised. Please contact us via Gumroad for refunds.

3. Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS". While we strive for 99% accuracy in transcription, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free in every scenario (e.g., poor audio quality).

4. Updates

Lifetime access includes free updates for version 7.x series. Major version upgrades in the future may or may not be included depending on the license tier purchased.
